  • A healthy dinner (Albert’s Deli sandwich platters, fresh fruit, pasta salad, 100% juice and bottled water)
  • Stories, songs, fingerplays and early literacy tips for parents
  • Parent incentives ($5 Visa gift cards)
  • Community members serving as parent partners (incentivized by gift card stipends) who assist with recruitment and retention of families as well as program delivery
  • Dynamic co-presenter in three locations who — as an African-American father — reflects the community and brings authenticity to the program
  • Children’s books, handouts and school readiness toolkit materials

  • Parent incentives ($5 grocery store gift cards; $65 grocery store gift card for parents who attend at least five sessions)
  • Community members serving as parent partners (incentivized by $600 gift card stipends) who assist with recruitment and retention of families as well as program delivery
  • Dynamic co-presenter who — as an African-American father — reflects the community and brings authenticity to the program
